William S. Cromarty is a former federal officer and national security subject-matter expert in aerospace and satellite systems, space/counterspace weapons system counterproliferation, and aerospace-sector geopolitics. Across the aerospace sector, William spearheads federal partnerships in support of America's most cutting-edge satellite and UAS programs.
Prior to his former national security role, William served in the emergency management and Silicon Valley tech sectors with specialization in radio communications systems. William holds degrees from New York University and the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, has performed NASA Astrobiology field research in austere regions, and is currently pursuing additional post-graduate studies in small satellite engineering at the George Mason Volgenau School of Engineering.
William is a Fellow at the Royal Astronomical Society, a National Eagle Scout Association World Explorer, and a term member of The Explorers Club; he has served as a past invited lecturer at NASA, USCG NAVCEN, USFS, The UAS Summit, the American Geographical Society, and the Naval Postgraduate School on satellite remote sensing and UAS operations. When not building out aerospace programs, William is a competitive ultramarathon runner and pistol instructor; he is currently training as a Muay Thai fighter while working towards his PADI Divemaster and Master Scuba Diver certifications. Following initial museum exhibits of his collection of Cold War space race artifacts, William founded The Museum Museum in 2022 as a Fargo-based museum incubator; he currently serves as Executive Director.

Matt graduated summa cum laude from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy, and is a an alumni of the John D. Solomon Fellowship, funded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Christian Elston is a former federal officer and national security subject-matter expert in cybersecurity. In his current role, Christian is a red team consultant specializing in web application security. Across critical U.S. industrial sectors as well as global Fortune 500 companies, Christian has experience in comprehensively assessing web, mobile, and thick client applications as well as corporate enterprise networks for security vulnerabilities. Leveraging his background in both cybersecurity and national security, Christian consults with clients directly to manage their information security risk, enabling clients to confidently do business in the modern transnational threat landscape.
In addition to consulting, Christian has served as an invited speaker on cybersecurity topics at a number of events including PMMC 2022, the DC Cybersecurity Professionals meetup, Johnson County Community College, and National University. Christian earned his MS in Cyber Security, specializing in ethical hacking and penetration testing, from National University in 2019. Prior to his national security role, Christian completed a BS in Computer Engineering with honors and a minor in Global Intelligence and National Security. Currently, Christian is pursuing a number of advanced industry certifications related to web application security and red team operations.
